Technology Story
Inspired by two-time major champion Phil Mickelson, the new X-Tour Wedges offer tour-proven precision for the more accomplished golfer. Legendary clubmaker Roger Cleveland has designed the best-looking, best-performing wedges Callaway Golf has ever produced. Forged from soft 1020 carbon steel for exceptional touch and feel around the greens (golf wholesale), the wedges come in numerous loft/bounce combinations to fit most players' preferences. Roger Cleveland designed special 58- and 60-degree versions to include the PM (Phil Mickelson) Grind and "Mack Daddy" Grooves for the ultimate in spin, trajectory and distance control.

On selected 58- and 60-degree versions, the PM Grind allows for the maximum in playability around the greens. Unique "Mack Daddy" Grooves are aggressively-sized but conforming grooves that maximize spin, trajectory and distance control.
Appearance
Forget the swooping, rounded teardrop look of previous Callaway forged wedges. At address, the X-Tour wedges are unmistakably a Roger Cleveland design. The straight leading edge, the squarish toe, the high heel - the X-Tour forged wedgeslook nearly identical to the 588s and Vokey 200 series. That removes a serious stumbling block for tour professionals and other players who trust the look of familiar equipment.
The X-Tour wedges are available in two finishes. The Satin Chrome finish is very rich-looking and less prone to glare than a more polished chrome finish. The Vintage finish is a dark, non-reflective finish that will wear off and rust over time.
Overall
A friend of mine says Roger Cleveland is to wedges what Fender is to electric guitars. Namely, the maker of fully functional, esthetically pleasing designs that produce the exact results players want. And while I'm a hack with both guitars and golf clubs, I think my man is right on with is assessment.

Can you alter the lie of forged clubs?
I recently bought a set of Titleist 735 Cm forged chrome irons. I just bought a standard "off the rack set". i believe i may need the lie of the clubs flattened by 1 or 2 degrees.
Is this possible with out damaging the clubs?
I also have Vokey wedges, could this be done on them also?

Yes, forged clubs are made of softer metal, which allows it to be bent (1 or 2 degrees) without reducing it's strength. Not only the lie can be altered, but also the loft.
