Customer Reviews

broke within 10 swings

1.0 / 5.0

The graphite shaft wood broke within 10 swings at the driving range. Pretty embarrassing when the club head flies almost as far as the ball you just hit. The other clubs seem to be holding up a little better, but time will tell. I don't feel as though they will hold up very long however. I didn't expect much from these clubs based on price, but I did expect to make it through at least one round before they broke. Hopefully I won't get hassled about a replacement or repair.

horrible

1.0 / 5.0

Horrible set of clubs! Pretty much glued together with cheap material. Broke on first swing...... Do not recommend these to anyone!

Good Clubs

4.0 / 5.0

I feel sure there are much better clubs out there, but for the price this is a great place to start. I'm new to golfing and am just happy to have a complete set. I think if I actually start to get any better at it I may look for better drivers and a better putter later on down the road, but the irons are fine. I've only been to the driving range a handful of times, but these clubs have worked great for me.

Excellent clubs for a beginner

4.0 / 5.0

I bought these as my first set of clubs, and i have been out with them 6 times now. I think these are pretty good, i used my buddies set that were way more expensive than these, and they felt pretty much the same. The only thing i would add is a driver, other than that, the bad is solid and well made, the clubs are holding up very well in my inexperienced hands and golf is actually way more fun than i thought it would be. I would totally buy these again

O.K beginner set

3.0 / 5.0

This is a o.k. set for a beginner. The quality is what is to be expected for a cheap set. Knowing this, you should not expect a high quality product. The three wood broke the first time I used it. The head broke of and when further than the ball. I e-mailed Golf-outlet with the details and pictures. They sent back and said they would replace ASAP. The new one should be here tomorrow(I hope). The 9 iron head is loose, so I put alittle glue on it. It is now perfect. The bag is really nice, the way it stands up. If you are a beginner, go with this set. Just get a driver to go with it.

Sunglasses aren’t just for show or to make you look cool. They’re a critical piece of equipment you should always use—as vital to your eyes as sunscreen is to your skin. They also help your golf handicap. That’s why you almost always see PGA pros wearing them when they play. Unfortunately, many weekend golfers don’t wear sunglasses whe

Time to Look for Pro-V1 Deals?

With Acushnet, the owner of the Titelist line currently losing its battle with Callaway there could be a glut of Pro-V1s on the market that have to be moved before the end of the year.  It is claimed that the Pro-V1 has been altered to be outside the scope of the patents.  And they will introduce a new Pro-V1 model for next year (subject of the recent "beta-test" disqualification).  Acushnet is pushing this battle up the hill with an appeal to the Federal Appeals Court.  If this appeal doesn't
