I don't know why you'd give this product a 1 star review for a shipping problem. Obviously the product has nothing to do with the shipping. Sun Mountain makes AMAZING products and this cart is no exception. It really is made to last years and years, with regular use. I actually have a 2005 model (although it's virtually identical to the 2008), and have used it hundreds and hundreds of times, and it's still going strong. The only thing I've ever needed to do was put air in the tires, and it comes with a pump for that!
Shipping problem
The product was fine but they shipped it to eastern USA where it was signed for and the FEDEX tracking number they sent me was incorrect because FEDEX said they shipped it to the correct place. After I complained they said it had to be shipped there before it went to western Canada.
WHAT???? They then shippd it regular postal service and I finally received it but very very late.
