With Acushnet, the owner of the Titelist line currently losing its battle with Callaway there could be a glut of Pro-V1s on the market that have to be moved before the end of the year. It is claimed that the Pro-V1 has been altered to be outside the scope of the patents. And they will introduce a new Pro-V1 model for next year (subject of the recent "beta-test" disqualification).
