The TEC Plus Women's Low Profile Fairway Wood features a deep face and maximum C.O.R. (coefficient of restitution) design. C.O.R. is a measure of how efficiently energy, in the form of velocity, is transferred between the ball and the club head. Essentially, a maximum C.O.R. means that the club head has the largest, USGA-legal "spring-like" effect. The low-profile construction is perfect for those long shots from the fairway. Nice club, good loft and distance. Has a very minor imperfection.
This club replaced an old 5 wood in my wife's golf bag. This is a medium flex shaft 5 wood that has nice loft, and a slightly smaller head than other 5-woods. It's made relatively well for an off-brand, although there is a little bit of a metal molding issue near the place where the face plate meets the body of the head. It is a little irregular. It does not affect the club's performance in anyway, but it's worth noticing as you don't find that kind of little imperfection on higher priced clubs. This club is more firm than flex in my wife's opinion, which is good since she is on the tall, athletic side.
All in all, a good club for the price. I'll update this review after a few months. If the club is still performing well, it will deserve a 5 star rating.
