Great, not perfect.
As with most Gustbuster umbrellas the Doorman 68" is well-made and functions as designed. The finish on the handle was not as strong as one would expect. It scratched easily and lost color.
Poor Handle & tip
This umbrella arrived damaged; both the handle and tip were broken, and appeared very flimsy. The rest of the umbrella seems sturdy enough,but is useless without a proper handle and tip.
GustBuster a Real Pleaser
I recently purchased the GustBuster umbrella just in time for rainfall events connected with tropical Storm Fay, and I have been absolutely delighted with its performance. The advertising claims are not just hype; it really works.
Very large and very well made
Great umbrella, very well made. The first one I received had one of the tips broken. I called the manufacture and they sent a replacement out the same day and they sent UPS out to pick up the damaged one. First class customer service and top notch product.
Very bad product.
I'd give this umbrella a (0) rating if I could. From the first
time I used it, the umbrella wouldn't catch onto the clasp to
keep the umbrella open. Of course, this would only happen in the rain. I'd send it back to them, but I threw the thing away. That's where it belongs. Don't waste your money.
