What would be the best longest lasting running shoe?
I need shoes that are suitable to do long distance running, agillity and sometimes maybe even basketball. I need these shoes to last for a long time, i want them to be light comfortable and breathable. I'm looking to get a zig tech or maybe even a nike free + but which one do you recommended . Also if there are any other shoes that you think is suitable please list them
