What foods are rich in magnesium, zinc, iron, biotin, pumpkin seed, green tea, and nettle root?
The first four items are nutrients the last three are just kinds of food you buy in shops.
Zinc we need about 10 mg per day. Some foods very rich in zinc containing over 4 mg per 100g (3.5 oz) portions:
Oyster, wheatgerm, poppyseeds, sesame seeds (or paste), linseed, cocoa, beef, pork, cashews, walnuts or pecans, cheddar.
Iron, daily need 12-15mg, foods with over 4mg per 100g portions:
Liver, sesame, cocoa, lentils + chickpeas + peas + canellini beans (all in dry uncooked weight), eggs (mostly in the yolk), spinach, almonds, cashews, pistachios
Magnesium daily need 350mg, foods with over 100mg per 100g portions:
cocoa, sesame seeds, cashews, pistachios, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, oats, brown rice
Biotin, in liver, eggs, mushrooms, walnuts, oats
