TaylorMade Burner Rescue Hybrids 2008 is on sale in mygolfwholesale.com
Same triangular Dual Crown design as the Tour Burner Driver and 2008 Burner Fairway Woods, redistributing the internal weight of the club head to lower the center of gravity, increasing launch for more carry and distance. 60 gram SuperFast graphite shaft promotes a faster swing speed for increased distance.
The TaylorMade Burner Rescue hybrid utility clubs feature a substantial steel club head that's 7% larger than TaylorMade's Rescue Dual hybrid with a 13% bigger footprint. That promotes a high MOI for terrific forgiveness and long, straight results on off-centre hits. Additionally, the shallow clubface design permits a low and far-back CG position that makes it easy to launch the ball high and which promotes a higher spin-rate that helps keep the ball in the air to promote long carry. Like all other TaylorMade Burner clubs, Burner Rescues incorporate TaylorMade's new SuperFast Technology, which includes a light graphite shaft that promotes faster swing speed and faster ball speed for increased distance. The crown features TaylorMade's distinctive SuperFast Technology crown markings.

After reading countless reviews on hybrids, i chose the TaylorMade Burner. I recently bought a new set of irons from 5-PW, this club has fitted so well into my game I hardly know how I could survive with out it. Any lies it cuts through the grass and provides consistant distance. Great looking club to have poking out your bag too!

i had this as a birthday present and i knew i would hit it well because i had a go with a friends burner fairway wood and this rescue club is 19 degree stiff and it is a pleasure to hit, it can go high, low, draw, fade it is a very easy club to hit and the ball seems to fizz off the face. Great club and buy this with confidence!

Bought both a 22 & 25 degree club. I'm left handed so obviously it's a little harder to find good clubs that come left handed and are readily available. These were very easy to hit and very sweet off the club face. I had the older TM Rescue Club but these are much better and give a lot more confidence.

what is the advantage of using graphite shafts in golf, as compared to steel shafts?
I just purchased a new set of golf clubs, and I chose to go with steel shafts on all of my clubs except the driver, which I went with graphite. Is graphite supposed to be better? I remember once using a demo set with graphite shafts and I found them difficult to hit with. I even have steel shafts on my 3 and 4 hybrid clubs. I just got the clubs, so I haven't used them yet, but should I have gone with graphite shafts on some of these clubs?
Some Keypoints:
Steel shafts are less expensive than graphite, so the same set of clubs will cost less with steel shafts than with graphite shafts.
Steel shafts were once considered much more durable than graphite. That's not so much the case anymore. Quality graphite shafts will last as long as you do so long as they are not chipped, cracked, or the laminate-seal is not peeling. Steel shafts will last forever so long as they are not bent, rusted or pitted.
Graphite shafts transmit fewer vibrations up the shaft to the golfer's hands than do steel shafts. This might be good or bad, depending on your skill level and your desire. You might want that added feedback that steel shafts offer - or you might be tired of your hands stinging so much on mis-hit shots.
The biggest and by far most important difference between steel and graphite shafts is this: graphite shafts are lighter than steel shafts. So clubs that have graphite shafts will be lighter than otherwise identical clubs that have steel shafts.
The difference in weight between graphite shafts and steel shafts will translate, for most golfers, into an additional 2-4 mph of swing speed with graphite. And that could mean an extra 6-12 yards of distance with a graphite shaft, compared to a steel shaft.
That's why, in the everpresent quest for more yards, more and more golfers prefer graphite shafts.
