Golf ball sized swelling on ankle?
Yesterday i had fallen over and my foot folded over on itself. It was okay to walk on initially even though painful. but i woke up this morning and throughout the night with increasing pain, I doubt its broken because i can still walk on it with minimal pain but the swelling has got increasingly big, i have bigger than a golf ball sized swelling over the bone on the edge of my ankle and is getting somewhat numb to touch. I can move it to an extent until i get pain. Do you think it is just a sprain or something that will need an x-ray?
You need an xray. iIbroke my ankle this way and managed to walk a mile home. Spent the next 6 weeks in a cast.
