What's more dangerous unsure slow driver or over confident speeder?
The speeder because any accident they have will create more carnage due to the higher velocity their vehicle is traveling at. The situation created by the slow driver might be more dangerous only because of the other drivers on the road, not because of the slow driver themselves. Others choosing to engage in reckless driving in an attempt to pass the slow driver are the dangerous ones. The slow driver might create a hazardous situation, but is how the other drivers react to it which will or will not create a hazard. The speeder is creating a hazard, so is dangerous in themselves.
